MAC Haul

The curse of the dreaded MAC Collections strikes again, I really struggle not to buy anything limited edition... I have such a weak disposition!

With the Making Pretty, Strong Woman and Stylish Brows all featuring in my recent purchases:

Brow Duo in Brunette

This is a handy little palette that features two eye shadows of Coquette (paler shade) and Brun (darker shade.)  I also purchased the 208 brush for application but since reading some reviews I think I'd have been better suited to the 266 so if you're a brow queen please let me know what you think?

I mean LOOK at the packaging!

Runway red is a Satin shade so it's not as drying on the lips as a full matte, it's very pigmented and is a classic red shade; I'd say it almost has a raspberry tone to it compared to other reds I own but me and my colour blindness may be wrong on that one.

3N is similar to Hue, well, again, to me it is!  Is a classic pink tinged nude and I LOVE it!  I've worn it on it's own so far and also with Nars Turkish Delight over the top of it and it just turns into a gorgeous pretty nude shade which is wearable both day and night.

The purples ALWAYS suck me in...

And finally we have Strong Woman which is described as a strong violet and that's pretty accurate I'd say.  It's more purple than Girl About Town but less purple than Up The Amp, I think it's probably closest to Rebel which is probably one of my all time favs so this is a complete win for me!

Has anyone purchased anything from these collections?  Have you already purchased any Archie's Girls items from Selfridges?  I'm not a massive fan of the packaging but I love the look of 'Daddy's Little Girl' so when it comes to MAC Online (if it hasn't sold out by the time I check!) I might limit myself to just that one.
