Nails Inc Gilston Road

I posted a pic of my nails on Instagram the other day and a few people commented and tweeted me on them so I thought I'd do a full post:

I used Nails Inc Gilston Road as a base which is a grey/greige shade and added a bit of sparkle with Devonshire Street and Electric Lane as well as Leighton Denny I am Diva for extra glitter:

I used I am Diva on both thumb nails.

Left hand.

Right hand.

 Devonshire Street middle finger.

Electric Lane Holo middle finger.

Nails Inc do opaque creme nail polish well.  It's my favourite formula of nail polish without question.  I also adore Nails Inc neutral shades like this; they manage to get them right where so many other brands fail; they never look 'mucky' or 'wishy washy' either which is always a bonus.
I think grey is one of my go-to nail colours for sure... Have you got a go-to nail colour of the moment?

  9. Glitterbomb! Loving the silver & grey together, that grey is mega! I'm having to stop myself reaching for devonshire row all the time, or the layla flash black. Your mani is making me sooo want a glitter accent nail, but the removal, ugh! I bet electric lane looks awesome over that grey in real life, and your nails are looking lovely, did you square them?

    1. i kno... the removal is devil's work but im just in a phase of glitter lovin at the min! and yes i did square them a bit... felt a bit weak so they got a bit squared off. we'll see how long they last! xx

  14. Catrine, do you use a brush to clean up your edges near your cuticles? Or do you just paint on so neat? I can be a tad messy around my cuticles and want to invest in a brush for cleaning up, any recommendations? xxx

  16. Similar question to one above I know but have ot ask, how on Earth do you get that neat little gap between your polish and cuticles? No matter how careful I am I always go over my cuticles! Fair enough once my nails dry hard and I give my hands a really good wash it comes off but there still isn't a gap like you have. I've noticed a few people have the same, or sometimes bigger, gap too...so confused lol Love your blog so following on GFC now, hope you can check out mine some time.
