I first painted my nails in OPI Lucky Lucky Lavender and put Essie's Matte About You over it to make it matte. Obvs. Then I painted half of my nail in New CID Cosmetic's Raspberry Fool. Some parts of my nails I then painted using Electric Lane top coat by Nails Inc just for a bit oomph. Following this I 'squiggled' some mini lines where the two halves of the polish meet and yes squiggled is the technical term!
This is the product line up:
I tried to use the matte and gloss plus holographic finishes in this mani just to add a bit of depth really because I was concerned about it being a bit 'flat'. Overall I'm pleased how this has turned out and I think I'll be doing it again soon with a greater contrast in colours... I'm thinking teal and silver or something like that :)
