Artsy Wednesday: Favourite Brand

When it comes to brands of nail polish, I favour OPI, Leighton Denny and Nails Inc.  OPI was the first ever brand I really used and I was tempted to go with them for my all time favourite brand of polish but I decided to go with Leighton Denny instead.  My reason for this is, his colours are so vibrant and punchy and bright that they in themselves provide me with nail inspo!

I painted my fingers with two different base colours, on my left hand I painted my pinky, middle and index in Heiress by Leighton Denny and my ring and thumb in So L.A also by Leighton Denny.  I painted them the other way around on my right hand.

So L.A and The Heiress are two of my favourite nail polish colours; I come to them time and time again and never fail to provide some kind of inspiration for me.

I then used the striper bit of some nail art brushes to achieve the stripes.  I decided to paint chevrons on my index finger just to mix it up a bit!
