Doctor Renaud Peach Hydrating Body Milk

As regular readers of my blog know, as well as all things nail and lip I am obsessed body moisteriser.  I have to be though because I have dry skin on my body.  I pretty much have to moisterise after every bath/shower.

So when I got the opportunity to try something new, I jumped at the chance:

PEACH HYDRATING BODY MILK

This product has been a pleasure to use.  Firstly, the peach scent is ever so perfect!  It’s not overly fruity at all; it’s quite soft and feminine.  It took me back to the Caribbean actually because a couple of years ago I used a peach blossom gel from L’Occitane as an after sun there so I was transported back by smell!

It is a light lotion, you need only a small amount and I found it sinks in straight away.  It's texture, although of a milk, is also velvet like when you massage it into your skin.

As the lotion was so light, I was a bit hesitant about the hydration point but I shouldn’t have doubted it.  The first time I used it was after a bath on a Sunday night, then I showered after the gym the following night (Monday) and I noticed my skin still felt hydrated and my dry knees hadn’t appeared.

I’ve used it after pretty much every bath/shower I’ve had over the past two weeks and it’s light enough to quickly use after showering at the gym.  Meaning I can get dressed immediately after application and continue with my day.  I have been impressed with the results and I’ve even felt the need to exfoliate less.

The ingredients in this body milk are pretty fab too; it contains Peach extract, Honey, Pear, Fig and Passion fruit, Sweet Almond oil and Jojoba oil amongst others so it really is packed with natural, results driven ingredients!

You can check out the Doctor Renaud range online at their website or Marks and Spencer.

I also have the peach body oil which I'll be reviewing soon on my blog and it's DIVINE; it feels so decadent to use!
