Artsy Wednesday: Dotting Tools

We all know by now that I love my dotting tools; maybes a little too much!  Some weeks go by and I can't seem to do a mani without having a polka dot involved somewhere.  So my immediate thought was to go dotting crazy but then I thought the whole point about me taking part in Artsy Wednesday is so I challenge myself and do different things nail art wise... so... I decided to use dotting tools to write out letters:


I decided to go with a phrase I probably overuse at the moment and that is 'TOTES AMAZE'.  It was one of the first things that came to mind and conveniently each word has 5 letters so it was a win!

Polish wise I used OPI On Air Perso-nail-ity which was an exclusive to QVC UK.  For the purple dots I used OPI Plugged in Plum and then I used Essie's Matte About You top coat to finish look off!

  13. I love this so much! I wish I had the patience to do extravagant designs on my nails. But I'm a nail polish perfectionist, so any smudge or mistake and I HAVE to start again. Which always results in me giving up, hahah.
