My wifey has used sea salt spray to create curls in her hair for YEARS. I never have though because I have naturally wavy hair so thought it was pointless. However as I'm growing my hair the weight of it is meaning my natural waves are looking a bit flat. Boohoo!! So I picked up some of Toni and Guy's Sea Salt Texturising Spray from Boots et voila!
If I'm honest, for me it doesn't add any more curl or wave than I already have but it means my hair doesn't drop as much and it holds much better, plus I don't need hairspray (I hate hairspray with a passion! The crunch... urgh!)
I've found since using this I've been blow drying my hair less too; which is a thing my hair has been thanking me for!
I can't believe I've been plodding on through life without this!
Do you use sea salt spray? What brand do you use?
