Nail Polish Storage

I know that compared to some of you out there my nail polish collection is teeny tiny.  I have approx 175 bottles of nail polish; the majority of which are by three brands; OPI, Nails Inc and Leighton Denny.

My collection is kept in my dressing room on a shelf and consists of one box, one case and one bag.

The box holds my OPI and Nails Inc (plus Barry M, Essie and Models Own):

The case holds Leighton Denny and a couple of Ciate:

The bag contains treatments, base coats, top coats, oil and 'add ons' like corrector fluid and quick drying drops:

The case which contains my Leighton Denny polishes is organised whereas the others aren't.  The colours start off at white and go through to pale pinks to coral pinks, purples, blues, greens, greys, browns, reds and finally orange.  I know for example the third bottle in on the top row is Starkers and the fourth bottle in on the third row is Leading Lilac.  That is the only case I'm super anal about.  I'm spesh I know! ;P

For me, I find it easier having everything in one place then I just take out the polishes I am using at the time... then put them away again.  Although the putting them away part may take a couple of days; you'll often find bottles left on the arms of the sofas in my house or treatments on my bedside table.  

I also have a drawer which has other nail bits in but I'll post about that another day; it holds files and dotting tools and cotton and tape and other weird and wonderful nail obsessed things!

My stash may not be impressive but it's mine and it's ever so satisfactory to look at, sitting on the shelf in my favourite room of the house (apart from the kitchen; I love being in the kitchen too).
