NOTD: Nails Inc Baker St Caviar/Fish Egg Mani

I love this neonesque blue!  Nails Inc Baker Street is definitely a head turner:

I didn't put the beads on the same fingers because my middle finger on my left hand isn't a smooth nail at the mo as it's sporting a repair so I though I'd cover my lack of buffing skills up!

What I used:

Nails Inc Hyde Park Base Coat

Two coats of Nails Inc Baker Street

Leighton Denny, Bright and White for Top Coat (girls... if you're using neon shades this just adds to their glory!)

When my nails were still wet I held my finger over a bowl and poured the beads over said nail, tapped off the excess et voila!  Excess beads were captured in the bowl so they can be saved for laters :)

This mani was inspired by something Dashing Diva created for the Cushnie et Ochs show which you can check out at The Nail Polish Exchange blog.

Caviar, fish egg, or whatever you want to call this nail art, it's essentially mircrobeads stuck onto the nail plate as embellishment.  I bought my beads from eBay but there are nail art shops online which also sell them as 'nail pearls'.  

What do you guys think?  Colour match is pretty good eh?  What colour mani would you like to this look with?
